8 Getting There & Away
InterCity ( 03-365 1113; www.intercitycoach.co.nz ) buses run between Kaikoura and Nelson
(from $49, 3½ hours), Picton (from $17, 2¼ hours) and Christchurch (from $15, 2¾ hours).
Smaller shuttle buses running along the same route are Atomic Shuttles ( 03-349 0697;
www.atomictravel.co.nz ) and Naked Bus ( 0900 625 33; www.nakedbus.com ) . Buses depart
from and can be booked at the i-SITE.
