Step 3: Test in the browser
Start Node with your new app.js file as you did in the previous examples, and load the page
in the browser. Each time the page gets refreshed in the browser, the variable should get
incremented once. You can expect the number on the page to increase by one with every
page load. Let's try it in real time in a few browsers.
