<hr>
is a horizontal rule used for a paragraph-level thematic break, which in-
dicates a change in topic. By default the browser presents the <hr> element as
a horizontal line.
In our CV example we can use the <strong> element to indicate the importance of the text
labels within the Personal Info section.
