In-Depth Information
Expats head to midrange restaurants (such as Burger Joint, Yamazato and Gordito's) in
Ocean Dream Plaza, just west of the center of town. Or there are several eateries, from
cheap kiosks to upscale fine dining, down the village's Callejon de la Loma.
On busy nights, opposite Onno's and next to Blue Bar on Calle Principal, the 'pork
sandwich man' sets up shop; a whole leg of barbecue pork costs RD$70.
The biggest and best market is Janet's Supermarket
