MONEY
There are several major banks (Banco de Reserves, Banco Popular, Banco Leon, Banco
Progreso and Scotiabank) with ATMs in the Zona Colonial. Gazcue also has a number of
banks and others are scattered throughout the city, especially around major thoroughfares
like Av 27 de Febrero and Av Abraham Lincoln. Large hotels, particularly those on the
Malecón, all have at least one ATM.

Both Caribe and Metro bus companies have package-delivery services based in their re-
spective terminals; these are the best options for mailing anything within the country.

elsewhere in the country, as well as a half-dozen ones with a variety of Zona Colonial
walking tours. Some English and French spoken.
