is one of the city's tallest structures, the 558ft-high Torres El Faro, standing at the eastern
section of Puerto Madero. It's a pair of joined towers that now house fancy apartments.
Other architectural gems here include Calatrava's Puente de la Mujer ( Click here ) and the
glass-domed Museo Fortabat ( Click here ) by Uruguayan-born architect Rafael ViƱoli.
Street art - which is not illegal in Buenos Aires - has become more and more prominent in
neighborhoods like Barracas, San Telmo, La Boca and Palermo. Colorful murals, political sten-
cils and graffiti-inspired creations cover public and private walls, sometimes commissioned by
the city and property owners.
