Consider finding a place to stay in Villa Crespo, which is just south of Palermo and becoming more
hip every day. New restaurants, outlet shops and guest houses continue to pop up here as rents become
too expensive for many businesses in Palermo. Some accommodations might even be located just as
close or even closer to Plaza Serrano - the commercial and social heart of Palermo Viejo - than many
places in Palermo Soho or Hollywood.
Parts of Once can be a bit sketchy at night, so tread carefully.
