Getting There & Away
Hydrofoil
From May to September, Meteor hydrofoils leave every 20 minutes from
outside the Hermitage (adult single/return R500/800, student single/return R450/700).
The trip takes 30 minutes. The first hydrofoil leaves at 9.30am, the last hydrofoil back
leaves Peterhof at 7pm.
Marshrutka
Take
marshrutka
300 or 424 (R30) from Avtovo metro station, or 103
from Leninsky Prospekt metro station. All pass through the town of Petrodvorets, im-
mediately outside Peterhof. Tell the driver you want to go
'v dvaryéts'
(to the palace)
and you'll be let off nearby.
Train
Trains (R56, 30 minutes) leave St Petersburg's Baltic Station every 15 to 30
minutes. You need to get off at the Novy Petrodvorets (not Stary Petrodvorets). From
here it's a 20-minute walk to Peterhof.
