The St Petersburg ice hockey team SKA play in this new stadium from September to
June. Built for the World Ice Hockey Championships in 2000, this 12,000-seat stadi-
um is a swanky state-of-the-art facility compared to other sports arenas in town and
it's also a big concert venue, playing host to many international acts when they're in
St Petersburg.
