lounge area to be enjoyed over top-notch cocktails. One floor up is the MiXup Ter-
race, an even cooler outdoor space with seating in cosy cabanas and views straight
onto St Isaac's Cathedral. Definitely the classiest place in town for cocktail hour.

can be more a case of 'no you can't' than 'yes we can' at this smart place (with the
unfortunately mispelled presidential name), where face control can be pretty selective,
so dress stylishly if you want to party here. In the summer months there's a great out-
door bar and dance floor, while inside there are a couple of cosy bars and a hookah
lounge spread over two floors, both always full of beautiful young things. It's right at
the back through the complex at Konyushennaya pl 2 - walk through the courtyard
and continue to veer right.
