11.2.3 Project Management
These comprise:
• Leadership and administration
• Support
• Communication and project organisation
• Reporting.
All these costs above are generated both by internal as well as external services.
They have to be—as far as possible—budgeted right at project start. Furthermore a
separate budget item relating to cost for outlays has to be foreseen for.
