Israeli Coins
The shekel is divided into 100
agorot. There are coins to the
value of 10, 5 and 1 shekels,
as well as 50 and 10 agorot.

Egyptian Currency
The currency in Egypt is the Egyptian pound
(abbreviated to LE). The pound is divided into
100 piastres. Notes come in denominations of
LE 200, 100, 50, 20, 10, 5, 1 and 50 and 25
piastres. Coins exist to the value of 50, 20, 10
and 5 piastres.
Jordanian Currency
The Jordanian dinar is divided into 1,000 fils
and, confusingly, also 100 piastres (100 fils
therefore equals 10 piastres). Notes come in
denominations of 20, 10, 5, 1 and ½ dinars.
Coins exist to the value of 500, 250, 100, 50,
25, 10 and 5 fils, and 10, 5 and 2½ piastres.
