Even if by mistake, you have dragged the 3D model without pressing the
Alt
key,
you still can copy it and a copy of the model will appear instantly. This technique
is great to quickly populate the scene we have with loads of models, but this only
works with the move tool.
When we memorize the shortcuts to control the 3D model and use the
Alt
key to
copy 3D models, it is a question of minutes to fill the entire scene with a variety of 3D
models. It is these small things that give the extra touch to a scene; so, things such as
changing the model rotation and scale, particularly when working with the Nature
category, is essential.
However, to fully control the 3D models, we will cover two important aspects that
you'll need as soon you start to work with 3D models.
