Finding Wi-Fi Hotspots
There are several apps that make it easier to find Wi-Fi connections. One of the best is Wi-
Fi Finder ( http://bit.ly/18fwfw6 ), which not only shows you networks within range but also
displays a map or a list of free and paid public Wi-Fi near your present location. To use the
public Wi-Fi finder most effectively, the app allows you to download a worldwide database
so you can find Wi-Fi hotspots when you're not connected to Wi-Fi. After all, that's when
you'll be looking for a hotspot! In list mode, Wi-Fi Finder also shows whether or not a hot-
spot is free.
