Multiple copies of app icons and widgets can be installed on different screens, allowing to
you customize the tablet to your needs and preferences. The “original” app icons and wid-
gets are always accessible from the Apps Drawer icon at the bottom of the Home screen-
it's the circle. Tapping this icon opens a screen with all your apps sorted alphabetically.
Since even a new Android device has more apps than can fit on one screen, swipe left to
see more apps.
After the apps, you'll see the widget screens. You can jump directly to the app or widget
screens by tapping Apps or Widgets at the top left corner of the screen.
Both apps and widgets are installed on your Home screen by long-pressing and dragging
them to the Home screen or Favorites tray at the bottom of the screen. If you have more
than one home screen or Favorites tray, drag left or right to move to another screen. Drop-
ping a widget usually opens a configuration or settings pop-up.
Apps can be opened directly from the Apps Drawer, the Home screens, or the Favorites
tray, but widgets can't be opened until they are installed on your Home screen.
