references, and there are well-established ways of determining when the differ-
ence is likely to be significant and how to handle it, if necessary. Constraints also
find an application in the study of rare events, or for convenience when it is de-
sired to fix, for example, the director in a liquid crystal simulation. An alternative
to constraints, is to retain the intramolecular bond potentials and use a multiple
time step approach to handle the fast degrees of freedom [138].
1.3.3.4 ASA ALGORITHM
Althoughwhile composing each new algorithm the authors usually take into con-
sideration the shortcomings of previous algorithms, an ultimate procedure for the
solution of the linear Fredholm integral equation of the first kind has not yet
been elaborated. Therefore, new efforts are needed to improve the methods for
problem. First of all, the new proposed method should be the analysis of this fast,
and enable one to attain approximately the same accuracy to extract f(H) from a
measured global adsorption isotherm we can use genetic algorithms, evolution-
ary algorithms, simulated annealing, a taboo search, deterministic algorithms (our
new algorithm presented in this study, the adsorption stochastic algorithm (ASA),
the well-known relaxation. All of the powerful techniques mentioned above mini-
mize all unknown variables simultaneously this algorithm can optimize the PSD
calculating that obtained from mathematical modeling (Fig. 1.8).
