Briefly, from the experimental evidence provided by the cited works [152,
153] one extracts the following conclusions:
A comparable performance with respect to test error rates is observed for
all algorithms; for instance, the Friedman statistical test (of the test error
rates) didn't reject the hypothesis of equal distribution, with p> 0 . 4 in
both works.
