Genes with significant upregulation/downregulation in P190 are not the
same group of genes with significant upregulation/downregulation in
P230 at all. Tables 4.2 and 4.3 contain the numbers of the ignorantly
regulated genes for each sample and coregulated among the samples.
Figures 4.7 and 4.8 illustrate the relationships across the three samples.
As one can see, the numbers overlapping between P190 and P230 are
very small (two for upregulation and one for downregulation only).
One could assume that P190 behaves completely different from P230.

It is very interesting to notice there is one gene, 4659, which is upreg-
ulated with P210 and downregulated with P230, although most regu-
lated genes move in the same direction across the three samples.

It has been observed that the data arrays at two time points, 12 hours
and 18 hours, show the same expression pattern. In other words, the
12-hour data are consistent with the 18-hour data.
•
Experiments on the drug effects have also been carried out, and the
results will be published elsewhere.
