3.5. Coefficient of Variation Analysis
Analyzing the spread of mean coefficient of variation data across sample
groups allows for the identification of outlier probesets, which may con-
tain probe-level intensity trends that may be indicative of alternative splic-
ing or bad probes (Fig. 3.14).
