COOKING COURSES
If you are really taken with Cambodian cuisine, it's possible to learn some tricks of the trade by sign-
ing up for a cooking course. This is a great way to introduce your Cambodian experience to your
friends - not everyone wants to sit through the slide show of photos, but offer them a mouth-watering
meal and they will all come running.
There are courses available in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang and Sihanoukville, and more
are popping up all the time.
