Those interested in the new-wave Khmer architecture from
the Sangkum era (1953-70) should look no further. These two- to three-hour introductory
tours take in some of the most prominent buildings in the city and take place on foot or by
cyclo,
starting at 8.30am two or three Sundays per month. The website also includes a

supports elder Cambodian musicians to train young and mostly at-risk Cambodians in tra-
ditional music, dance and other forms. You can visit many of these classes through CLA's
where students learn to play melodies that were used in the royal courts of Angkor to ac-
company ceremonies, dances and masked plays.
