'Ancillary services' refers to all the 'extras' that tourists
may need when going on holiday or taking a business
trip. If we take the example of a travel agency, the main
products it sells are holidays and fl ights, but it will offer
a wide range of ancillary services in order to provide a
full service for its clients and earn extra revenue. These
