Products and services
HRG's core activity is providing business travel arrangements to its corporate clients, for example booking
UK and worldwide fl ights, hotels, car hire, rail travel, fer r y reservations, etc. In addition, the company offers
a variety of additional services for clients, including:
Passport and visa service;
Travel insurance;
VAT reclaim;
Foreign exchange;
Airport assistance;
Executive transfers;
Airport chauffeur parking;
'Meet and greet' service;
24-hour traveller assistance.
The company also provides group travel services, conference and incentive t r avel arrangements, leisure
travel services and tickets for special events. In addition, it offers a range of services for corporate clients,
including expense management, consulting and sports travel solutions.
Simply HRG
HRG has launched a business travel service aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) called
'Simply HRG' . The service offers smaller companies cost savings by gaining access to HRG's extensive
database featuring 750,000 fares to hundreds of destinations around the world with more t h an 75 airlines.
HRG is also the biggest buyer of hotel rooms in the UK, offering clients competitive rates at over 75,000
hotels. Simply HRG has an online booking tool that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from
anywhere in the world. This tool has been designed for use by smaller companies, enabling th e ir staff to
