THE WORK OF A THOMSON HOLIDAY REPRESENTATIVE
Many young people dream of becoming an overseas
holiday 'rep', but as the following information from

demanding job.
As well as establishing good rapport with your
customers, you will also need to have excellent working
relationships with your hoteliers, hotel staff and
other suppliers. Another occasion, where you will be
together with your customers is when you are guiding.

course, important that you are visible and attentive to
the needs of our customers so that the trip meets, if
not exceeds, their expectations.
As a Holiday Representative your main priority will be
