covers this trattoria, run by the gracious Corsi family since 1981 and much loved for its
pure, unadulterated Florentine tradition. Cuisine is Tuscan simple and hearty -
zuppa di
ortiche
(nettle soup),
spaghetti alla carrettiera
(spaghetti in a chilli-fired tomato sauce)
and of course the iconic
bistecca
. Delicious.
