WINE BAR
This stylish wine bar tucked beneath a red-brick vaulted ceiling is privy to one of
Florence's most happening

scenes. From the pale aqua-coloured Vespa parked up

Caffè Giacosa
This chic hangout is as famous for what it was - birthplace of the Negroni cocktail (1815)
and a hub of Anglo-Florentine sophistication during the interwar years - as what it is (hip
cafe of Florentine designer Roberto Cavalli, whose flagship store is next door). If you
don't fancy the traffic-busy terrace here, head to its branch in nearby Palazzo Strozzi.
