Note: If you're from a country that qualifies for a Visa Waiver for the USA (and that in-
cludes UK citizens) you must now register online your intent to visit the USA and you
must
receive travel authorisation. Authorisation still doesn't guarantee you'll be granted entry
and you may still be asked to go to the US embassy for an interview, but you have to go
through the process before you can do anything else. You'll find the details here:
