about Erasmus courses is usually given to students in their first year at university.
To apply for Erasmus you must be an EU citizen. When you spend your time abroad, you
continue to pay tuition fees or receive loans or grants as if you were at your university back
home.

The scheme is also open to teaching and non-teaching staff at higher education and HE/FE
institutions, as long as your home higher education institution has a formal agreement with
a partner in one of the eligible countries. It must also have an Erasmus University Charter
awarded by the European Commission.
