A red warning triangle must be placed 50-100 m (160-300 ft) behind any broken

await their arrival by your car. Anyone who leaves the car must wear a luminous yel-
low jacket.
6. DOCTORS
A 24-hour doctor service (médécindegarde) operates in major towns. The telephone
number is obtainable from your hotel, police stations or pharmacies.
7. DENTISTS

8. HOSPITALS
The accident and emergency clinic (service des urgences) of any public hospital will
treat injuries and unexpected illnesses. Payment is required immediately.
