Getting There & Away
Seven air-conditioned buses run daily to Bangkok's southern terminal from Th Phitak
Chat. Buses also leave from here for Ban Krut and Bang Saphan Yai.
Minivans leave from the corner of Th Thetsaban Bamrung and Th Phitak Chat
Long-distance buses to southern destinations (such as Phuket and Krabi) stop at the
new bus station, 2km northwest of town on the main highway; motorcycle taxis will take
you for 40B to 50B.
The train station is on Th Maharat; there are frequent services to/from Bangkok.

Prachuap is small enough to get around on foot, but you can hop on a motorcycle taxi for
