One of a few seafood restaurants along the
promenade, Phloen Samut is a big, bustling operation. The dishes are tasty, especially if
you can handle spicy.
Ma Prow
(48 Th Chai Thaleh; dishes 120-395B; 10am-10pm)
An airy wooden pavilion, Ma Prow is more
foreigner-orientated than other places on the promenade. This is the best option in town if
you're craving a steak rather than seafood, although the tamarind fish here goes down a
treat.
