in the center of the building, including the Rotunda, the National Statuary Hall,
and the crypt. The galleries of the Senate and House of Representatives Cham-
bers are open to the public when either body is in session. Cell phones, cameras,
and other forms of recording device are not permitted in the galleries.

The new and impressive Visitor Center includes an exhibition hall, gift
shop, restaurant, and gathering place for tours.
