The SBC has three concert venues. The gargantuan Royal Festival Hall (RFH) is tailor-
made for large-scale choral and orchestral works, and is home to the Philhar-monia and
the London Philharmonic. The lugubrious Queen Elizabeth Hall (QEH) is used for
chamber concerts, solo recitals and contemporary work, while the Purcell Room is the
most intimate venue.
