Columbia Road
is the city's most popular market for flowers and plants; it's also the liveli-
est, with the loud and upfront stallholders catering to an increasingly moneyed clientele. As
well as seeds, bulbs, potted plants and cut flowers from the stalls, you'll also find every kind
of gardening accessory from the chi-chi shops that line the street, and you can keep yourself
sustained with bagels, cakes and coffee from the local cafés.
