Cavernous, shabby, atmospheric wine bar specializing in ports and sherries. The excel-
lent and varied wine list, decent buffet food and genial atmosphere make this a favourite
with local office workers, who spill outdoors in the summer.

The Lisle Street original, with a downstairs club open late, is one of Soho's largest and
best-loved gay bars, serving a scene-conscious yet low-on-attitude clientele. It's joined
