7.4 Molded Translucent Glass Blocks: Photo-Bioreactor
in Facades
As a particular case, we would like to show a single application of Ph-BRA that
has produced a patent and is able to form a facade. It is a modular system of
hollow glass with double sided translucency, moulded with high mechanical
strength, forming a duct system with closed loop, which can form facades of
buildings and that allows the circulation of fluids inside a mode of photo-bioreactor
for cultivating microalgae. Depending on its size, the modules form a single duct
