From Marco Polo Airport
Vaporetto (Passenger Ferry)
Alilaguna operates ferry services (€15) to Venice from the airport ferry dock (an
eight-minute walk from the terminal); rides take 45 to 90 minutes to reach most
destinations.
Linea Blu (Blue Line) Stops include Lido, San Marco and Dorsoduro
Linea Rossa (Red Line) Stops at Murano and Lido.
Linea Arancia (Orange Line) Stops at Stazione Santa Lucia, Rialto and San
Marco via the Grand Canal.
Linea Gialla (Yellow Line) Stops at Murano and Fondamenta Nuove (Cannare-
gio).
Bus
Piazzale Roma is the only point within central Venice accessible by bus. Vaporetto
lines and water taxis depart from Piazzale Roma docks.
› ATVO (Azienda Trasporti Veneto Orientale; 0421 59 46 71; www.atvo.it ) Buses depart from
the airport terminal to Venice's Piazzale Roma (€6, about 30 minutes, every 30
minutes 8am to midnight).
› ACTV (Azienda del Consorzio Trasporti Veneziano; 041 24 24; www.actv.it ) Bus 5 departs
the airport terminal to Piazzale Roma (€6, about one hour, four per hour).
