Below is a 'who's who' guide to the international climate talks. These different coali-
tions, formed during the climate change negotiations, provide us with some insight in-
to the differing agendas of various countries. In addition, there are strong lobbying in-
terests from both individual states and environmental, business, and industrial groups,
which are also discussed below.
