couver's best high-concept seafood restaurants and is a highlight of Yaletown fine din-

towers, Arctic char and BC sablefish grace the tables inside and on the patio. Consider
the semicircular raw bar and watch the whirling blades prepare delectable sushi and
sashimi.

perfect fuel-up spot. Drop in for Stumptown coffee or dive into a hearty menu ranging

tras. The sausage and roast potatoes is the winner, though - complete with local-made
bangers.
