a wraparound porch and a worthy dining room (open 5pm to 9pm summer only). The

cabins from $105; ) is an old 1930s lodge with nine wood-paneled rooms (shared bath-
rooms outside) and a couple dozen rustic cabins that sleep two to 13 people; there's a res-
taurant nearby.
There are also a few restaurants and other services in the town of Prospect.

Sleepy is a good way to describe Klamath Falls. It has a lot of growth potential, boasting
over 300 days of sunshine, affordable real estate, spectacular countryside and great recre-
ational opportunities. But for now, it's still a small town with friendly people and an at-
tractive downtown.
K-Falls (as locals call it) is set on the shores of Lake Ewana, though the water is not
visible from most of town. There are some key things to see, including the nearby
