a mile north of town. There are views of Goat Island, Oregon's largest offshore island
and a bird sanctuary, from the picnic area.
Alfred A Loeb State Park PARK

Alfred A Loeb State Park, about 9 miles east of town on North Bank Chetco Rd, show-
case two of Oregon's rarest and most cherished trees - redwood and myrtle. Hike the
gorgeous 1.2-mile Redwood Nature Trail loop; the trailhead is on Chetco River Rd, 0.25
miles past the park's entrance.

coin laundry are among the amenities. Located about a mile north of town.
South Coast Inn B&B B&B$$$

beck designed this lovely arts-and-crafts-style house in 1917. It offers four rooms, one
cottage and an apartment. It's filled with antiques, and a gorgeous stone fireplace domin-
