of the cinnamon buns here beggar belief, and their quality (there are four specialist fla-
vors) is equally good. Factor in a 10-mile run through the tulip fields before you tackle
one and you should manage to stave off instant diabetes. The rest of the goods are also
highly addictive. Try the bread pudding, flans, omelettes or light lunches.

Tillinghurst Seed building, Seeds Bistro offers that rare combo of classy food and
brunch-cafe-style friendliness. The key lies in harnessing the fresh flavors of the sur-
rounding farmland and mixing it with equally fresh fish. The result: unparalleled ling
cod, off-the-ratings-scale crab cakes, and a raspberry and white chocolate bread pudding
you'll be talking about months later.
The best time to visit is happy hour (3pm to 6pm daily) when you can sample several
$8 to $10 plates of the restaurant's specialties.
