Wild Buffalo LIVE MUSIC
( www.wildbuffalo.net ; 208 W Holly St) Bellingham's 'house of music' is hidden in this invit-
ing century-old building and is bereft of the traditional pub foibles of games machines
and unsubtly positioned TV sets. Come here to enjoy local and national acts play jazz,
blues, funk, salsa, rock and roll, and much more. Microbrew ales are served and dancing
is de rigueur.
Shopping
Bellingham is a genuine readers' haven, with at least a dozen great bookstores. Music
collectors will be equally enamored by a clutch of offbeat record stores, many of which
stock old vinyl.
