Waco may be a heavily Baptist town but it has some good bars where you'll even find
some Baylor students.
Lolita's Tortilleria & Restaurant

run, small-town spirit that can't be manufactured. The hugely popular all-day breakfast
menu includes tacos, huevos rancheros, migas (a signature Texas dish: think eggs
scrambled with corn tortillas, onions, tomatoes, peppers and often cheese) and the 'ele-
phante', a massive breakfast burrito with six fillings. Locals swear by the fresh salsa and
queso.

Dubl-R Old Fashioned Hamburgers

shack local legend. Have a shake, maybe some tots and scarf down pure Americana.

vorous pleasure, it's all homemade and excellent. Big appetite? Order the legendary Gut

onions and jalapeƱos. Great beer selection.
