from $16) The symphony performs a wide range of classical concerts, operas and ballets at
different venues around town, including the spectacular Majestic Theatre. Tickets (which
range wildly in price) can be bought from the symphony's box office or from Ticketmas-
ter outlets.
Shopping
Don't overlook San Antonio's museum gift shops, especially those at the San Antonio
Museum of Art and the McNay Art Museum; they can be exceptional. Popular attractions
such as the Alamo, Buckhorn Saloon and Guenther House also make for unique souvenir
shopping. If you forget to get gifts until the last minute, Texas-made goods are sold at
stores in both terminals of San Antonio's airport.
For mall offerings such as Macys, Gap and Bath & Body Works, try Ingram Park Mall (
