uppermost large dam on the river. Two large knickpoints are evident: immediately downstream of Dari
County town and downstream of Kesheng Town. Several landslide dams, with large barrier lakes
upstream, characterize these knickpoints. These barrier lakes have been filled with sediment. Figure 3.51 (b)
shows a part of the Kesheng knickpoint, which consists of several landslide dams and barrier lakes. The
