nomic walk on the wild side at this artily understated, fashionably relaxed restaurant. The
menu sings of the seasons, be it asparagus, game or strawberries. The chef believes
adamantly in local sourcing and knows his suppliers by name, so what you can expect are
farm-fresh and foraged ingredients of prime quality, all expertly cooked and seasoned.
Live music jazzes up Tuesday nights, but be sure to book ahead.

Tue-Sat) A rising star on Innsbruck's gastro scene, this glass-cube restaurant-cafe is all
clean-lined, backlit minimalism, with a terrace on Landestheaterplatz. Manning the stove
is 27-year-old chef Manuel Hanser. Served with imagination, his Med-inflected specialit-
ies strongly invoke the seasons, from elderflower soup with marinated Artic char, cow
parsley and vanilla asparagus to venison served with a poached peach.
