Hiking around Zell am See is among the finest in the Alps. Almost everywhere, you're
rewarded with staggering views of the Hohe Tauern range - whether you opt for a gentle
walk through alpine pastures tinkling with cow bells or a high-altitude day hike. For the
'greatest hits' of regional scenery, consider walking the Pinzgauer Spaziergang ( Click here ) ,
accessed by the Schmittenhöhebahn (Schmittenhöhe cable car) and the Schattberg X-
press gondolas.

Boat Trips

on the lake. Boats occasionally stop at Seecamp Zell am See (one way/return €3.20/5.40).
