downtown burger joint - it's conveniently right across from the History Museum - Bingo
uses only locally produced grass-fed lamb and beef, and it does chicken and portobello
burgers too. Cheese options include blue and goat's cheese and it has both sweet potato
and regular fries. Shakes and malts are made with Hopscotch ice cream

St bistro (located in the old Coors Building) offers some of the best eats in town. It does a
terrific Reuben on marbled rye and a Poulet Pueblo with tomato chutney for lunch, and
fancier fare for dinner. Think steak au poivre , Colorado lamb and lemon-pepper fettuc-
cine. It's several blocks south of the Riverwalk.

roads of I-25 and US 50.
