place is fine enough if you're just looking for a place for the night, and is especially easy
for RVs. It is located about 1.5 miles east of town and has pleasant enough (if overpriced)
sites. The small cabins are the best deal going.

At the east end of town, this friendly motel has small but clean
rooms with pine beds and quilts, as well as cabins. Some rooms have kitchenettes and the
courtyard features a pleasant little wooden deck overlooking the Dolores River. The motel
also takes RVs.

South of Rico, this largely utilitarian riverside ranch is popular forfamily reunions.
There's a homestyle restaurant serving family-style and horses to ride (from $43 per
hour). Lodgings are sprawled out but include simple private cabins, worthwhile renovated
motel rooms, dated and basic lodge rooms (very cheap), and a place to park the RV.
